Wedding Venue With Overnight Accommodations
Our two beautiful properties known as Copper Top Estates, are located on site within walking distance of our wedding venue. The homes are located on top of Loyston Point with breathtaking 360-degree views of Norris Lake and the Cumberland Mountains. There is a maximum for both of our properties which are permitted to hold up to 36 guests. Both houses have access to a private in ground saltwater swimming pool, large pool house, and 2 covered boat ramps located a short 1.5 mile drive at Stardust Marina. Both properties are perfect accommodations to host your rehearsal dinner at!
The Manor House
The main home and larger of the two homes, it includes:
7,700 square feet living space
Sleeps up to 16 people
Master Suite - 1 King with private bathroom
Bedroom 2 - 1 King with private bathroom
Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen
Bedroom 4 - 1 Queen
Bedroom 5 - 1 Queen, 2 bunks with a double and twin
Full Kitchen with two refrigerators, stove, dishwasher, and microwave

All rooms within the home offer amazing lake and mountain views. This home also has a private in-ground saltwater swimming pool with a large pool clubhouse which shares the same amazing views. The pool is open from April to September and is not heated.

The Lodge
The smaller of the two homes, is a custom built traditional log home. It includes:
3,500 square feet of living space
4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms
Full kitchen and dining space
Sleeps up to 20 people
Bedroom 1 – 1 King and 1 Queen with private bathroom
Bedroom 2 – 1 Queen with access to a bathroom
Bedroom 3 – 1 Queen, Double bunk bed
Bedroom 4 – 1 Queen, 1 Double
Full Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave
A/C and Heat

It offers large vaulted ceilings with a separate kitchen and dining space in addition to the main home. The pool is open from April to September and is not heated.

Lodging Information
Copper Top Estates are available to reserve with your wedding at The Loyston.We offer a discounted rate when you book the venue. We do require a minimum of 2 nights. Please reach out to John to check availability and receive a quote at john@norrislakevillas.com!
The properties are not lakefront. However, the rental includes 2 covered boat slips for your enjoyment located a short 1.5 mile drive at Stardust Marina. To launch your personal watercraft, there is a public boat launch at the end of the street for easy boat access. You can also rent watercraft at Stardust Marina and nearby Sequoyah Marina.
Take advantage of easy day trips to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville. Knoxville is just 25 minutes away and offers excellent dining and entertainment options.
McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) is approximately 50 minutes from the home.
Local hotels are conveniently located 15 minutes away, and there are also several VRBO rentals nearby for out of town family and friends.
