  • Prices range from $5,000 - $9,500, depending on which day of the week and month you choose. The rental fee is based on day of the week and time of year. For more information on specific dates please submit an inquiry here.

  • We can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests.

  • Yes, upon booking, we will come up with a payment plan!

  • No, holding a date is not an option. Your date is reserved on our calendar once we receive a deposit and a contract is signed.

  • All of our tours are by appointment only, please reach out via our contact page to connect with our venue manager.

  • We host one wedding per day to give you exclusive access to the venue. 

  • Yes, we offer onsite luxury lodging that accommodates up to 36 guests. If additional accommodations are needed, we are happy to offer a complete list of available lodging upon request.

  • Yes, to ensure your day runs smoothly we do require a professional day of coordinator. We provide you a preferred planner list of our favorites who will provide excellent service throughout your day. You are not required to choose your planner from this list. 

  • We absolutely love to host our couple’s four legged companions during our ceremonies. However, we do ask that once the ceremony is over that they are taken back to the accommodations they are staying at for the night.

  • For an additional fee you can have early access to the venue an hour before your venue access time.

  • There is a noise ordinance and the music has to end at 10:00pm

  • We do allow alcohol, but you are required to use our two bartending companies that provide license and insurance. They will only serve up to 6 hours. You also have to have food being served while alcohol is being served

  • We have plenty of parking spaces for you and your guests.

  • Yes, special event liability insurance is required to protect yourself from any issues or damages that may arise at the event. After you have secured your event with The Loyston, we will provide additional information regarding insurance. Event insurance can range between $60-$200 on average.

  • Our venue access time starts at 10AM.

  • You can do a rehearsal at the venue with your coordinator the day before between 10:00am - 5:00pm if the venue is available. If the venue is not available we suggest having an alternate plan.

  • Yes you are welcome to bring food and beverages for breakfast and lunch.  Event meals however must be provided by a licensed caterer.

  • We will set up all of your tables and chairs according to the floor plan provided to us ahead of time.

  • Yes, upon booking we will do a customized vendor recommendation meeting.

  • We do not allow bands in respect of our neighbors. We do allow live music for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Examples, acoustic, string quartet or a harpist

  • Yes, included in your rental there will be a venue representative

  • Yes! Our entire venue is handicapped accessible.
